My path in photography has not been straightforward. I first picked up a camera because of my dad when I was 12.

During my school time I interned with a photographer in Munich, but otherwise only photographed on big trips like New York in 2019.

I eventually moved to Switzerland for studying and became a law & economics student in St. Gallen.

This was a turning point. As university became the focal point of my life, photography served more and more as a creative outlet for me.

Having the mountains at my doorstep now, I started bringing my camera skiing and hiking and bringing it on trips and holidays around the world.

I always liked to go places for the joy of going places, not just for the sake of photography. But that does not make the photos a mere byproduct. They are a documentation of my unique perspective of the world.
